ReplyDeleteI suppose he has never run away then? That's good. When I was a baby my parents brought home a puppy who hated, absolutely hated, being inside. Only in old age and during the coldest of days would she tolerate the basement. I used to love coming home from school and sitting atop her cozy straw filled dog house for some 'therapy'. She was a great listener. ~grin~ She rather looked like Dakota, though with shorter ears and gray instead of black. In fact, my father used a mild tape to prop up the part beagle's ears for a short time. He thought she looked so much cuter that way, and she was indeed adorable. Ah, memories of our sweet Tina. Thanks for that impromptu trip down memory lane. Don't know where it came from exactly. Maybe I need to write her into a story. Heh... Be well, my lovelies.
