 Mom is working on some project using old blue jeans....and I found some of her work. I crawled under them and got warm after being on the cool deck...

Dog Park for Sale

 Morning folks....

Mom tells us that sometimes we sure can be lazy.

Ball of Fur

It's a ball of fur.  

Its a kitten.

My aunt Kim, being she don't have enough to care for took in another kitten. Someone on FB posted the feral mom abandoned it and she needed someone to care for it since she could not. Kim watched to comment and when no one jumped in to say they would, Kim did.

Put it on a heating pad and fed it for the night then took to the vet the next morn. I thought it would be good to put it with mama kitty whom still nursing, but vet said NO. Said not knowing mama cats health it was best not to do that. So babe is being fed with a bottle.

Mom fed it the other day. 

Just so long as she don't bring it home.

Mom was over there the other day and she fed it. 

Is the Grass Greener on the Other Side

 Every time my mom heads out the door I want to go also. I drive mom nuts at times. This day however (and it happens a lot) mom made me stay in the fence and she was on the other side.

You see mom says I am a RUNNER. That if I get out I am GONE. In my defense I just like to get out and investigate. Just checking to see if the grass is greener on the other side of the fence. Can't seem to get her to understand that.

Mom took her big red SUV to the car wash on Thursday. She said there was enough dirt in the floor board to grow plants!! Anyway.....she took a pic at the washer place of this cat.

Mom said she could not remember the last time she saw a total white cat. This feral was running around the washer place lot. Dude that works there told mom there were two cats living behind the building. Mom's heart goes out to them. She even told me that if she was rich she would start a feral place for them all to live in the country. But.....alas she says that will not happen.

 Mom went off the other day for some errands. 

I heard her when she came in the driveway. I ran to the curtain and saw her getting out of that big red thing and then she saw me watching!

No Camera and It's a Kitten

Mom messed up, she went to the pet store for my food and did not get a buggy so since she buys my food for a month at a time, her arms were full....

and she could not pull her camera out.

Let me explain what I am talking about, mom always takes a look at the cute babies (kittens) at the pet store when she goes in. She found one she wanted. She says she fell in LOVE!

AND WE HAVE NO PIC!!!

Mom said she has a liking to Tortie's. She fell in LOVE with Zuzu, whom is a Tortie. She says Zu is the reason she now has ME!

And if you don't know my background, I am part Tabby and part Tortie. I am a Torbie. 

Mom seems to think she is drawn to cats with Tortie in them cause she did not set out to get one when she went for a cat but there I was. By the way, I PICKED her, not the other way around. 

Anyway, she said this babe was darker then me, more like Zu. Said that when mom tapped on the glass the little one looked up and stretched her paw out touching the glass. Mom wanted her then. Mom is just not sure about the expense of having another animal or how Chey would like living in a home with another cat. But more important about how I would do. 

I am not sure how I would do, mom got me at 12 weeks and since then I have never been around another cat, except Zu and she lived in the den for a week but the door did not allow me in or her out. 

Mom could take me with her to see how I would act!!!!

She says that someone will take that babe but if she gets one she prob needs to take one of Mama cats feral kittens to love. They need a home. 

Oh decisions....decisions....

Full Moon and Crazies

 So Mom said that as if the world had not been turned upside down all this year, then this was going to happen just a few months away from the end of the year!

Was not sure why mom was concerned about a full moon but she said the crazies tend to come out and crime happens a lot more during a full moon. With that being said, I am staying in!

I am not sure where mom got this pic, oh wait she said on from the internet....I am glad cause I was scared that Lily Bit had gotten out and climbed a tree!

The Toy Fix

 A couple months ago mom bought me this toy on line, but when it came to the house the suction thingy was bent in and it would not stick to anything. Mom figured it was way to much an issue to send it back since it took forever to get here.

But mom had an idea. A piece of wood.

And her staple gun!

Don't fear, that is not dirt around my toy...that is CAT NIP!!

Look who jumped up on mom for some head butts (I don't understand that) and some loving. Mom was looking for her cell phone but I had to set the camera on the laptop to get this pic. 

I know, I need mom to teach me to take pics.

Snuggle Weather

 Mom says she loves the fall. She likes it for the colors and the fresh smell in the air....but mostly of the cooler temps.

I am not a snuggle bunny (mom's term). But when the temps get cooler I like to snuggle with mom. I have been laying right up next to her at night but this morning I wanted to snuggle as mom was watching the news.

Mom says she was eating that up. Said she loved that I was snuggling and purring too.

She also says there is not a lot that sounds much better then my engine running!

On top of not being one to snuggle, I am not a head butt-er either. However when I crawl up on mom to snuggle, I give her a couple of head butts. She seems to really like that. 

She said that she is so glad that she keeps her phone close when she sits down or she would have missed all these adorable pics.

Awwww...she is sneaky, I did not know she got this pic.  I was right up next to her face, on her shoulder and I was PURRING up a storm. 

I finally got warm, had a CAT nap so after 15 mins I stood up, and while still on mom I did my back hump stretch, looked at mom and jumped down. 

Its cool out, mom has the door cracked for me and I keep going in and out. I am sure if mom continues to sit watching the news, I will be back to get warm again!
