Sleeping Here and There

 

I was sleeping on the deck

the other day. Wow...

it felt so nice outside.

But on Sat. morning I wanted

mom. 

She finally had to wake me cause

she had to get ready

for a couple of

weddings she was

working.

I have always loved being on 

the deck and Misty

seems to have taken

to it too. 

Its been really nice out 

also.

 Opps, Mom said I needed to know and understand

that when Lily rolls on her back 

like this, she wantst to play.

Aw mom, I will try and remember.

Does This Pic Make my Butt Look Big

 Does this picture make my butt look big?

Everyone on fb said that I looked

so big in this pic but as

it is I am just now barely over

five pounds. Mom

said it is the angle of the shot

that makes me look so big.

But mom did laugh cause she said that

just a few months ago I 

barely fit on her

shoulder, now I take 

over her whole chest.

She said I am tall, skinny

and lanky. 

I think that is good.

 Mom was playing on Pinterest and saw 

this....she thought it was cute.

Mom wanted me to prove to

all that follow us furs

on this blog that Misty 

and I are doing a lot

better.

This is me waiting for

And when she did, we

played.

that little one wears me out.

My Adventures - Tight Rail, Tooth, Laundry Basket and Cute Pics

 Look, I have learned a new trick.

Walking a tight rail (rope). 

Mom keeps getting on to

me to get down but I just

keep getting up there. 

The other morning I 

had something in my mouth

and when I spit it out

mom picked this up.

Lost a tooth. 

Moving on to some more adventures...

Mom sat her mesh laundry basket

in the living room when she brought

clothes up and I just had

to knock it over and play.

I was having fun. 

The other day mom was playing

with her big camera and she

took some cute pics

of me.

I sort of like the last pic

the best!

I was just 

12 weeks old

when mom took this 

pic. It was the day that

I picked my mom.

My gotcha day.

But that don't come till

June. But I am showing you

that pic so you can remember 

what I looked like as a baby.

April 4th, was my bday. 

Both mom and I wanted to tell

you that. 

Look at me now.

I am four years old

and so grown up. 

Mom says I was a beautiful 

baby girl and I am still

her beautiful baby

girl.

The world's most famous giraffe has died.

Millions waited in suspense to watch her give

birth on Animal Adventure Park's live giraffe cam.

Zookeepers said she was euthanized this morning

due to worsening arthritis.

I wanted to share the story about

sweet April with you. 

She was a star and a mommy.

RIP

Mom was down in the floor

the other day rolling

across that rolling thingy

for her back. When she got

finished she just laid there

playing with Lily, Misty

and I. 

We really think that mom is 

so silly sometimes. 

What do you folks think?

Warming Up

 

The other morn it turned off cool, and

although mom had the door cracked

so Lily and I could go on the deck, we

really did not want to hang out there.

Mom was on the laptop, I went running

in, trilled all the way through the 

dining room and living room

to pounch on mom's chest. 

Then I cuddled up! Mom 

laughs at me cause I want

to be right up around her neck.

It helps to warm me up. 

On mom, cuddling, and 

warm, I fell off to sleep.

SO NICE...

Sweet Special Girl and Update

 Mom calls me her sweet girl.

She also tells me that I have

a special spot in her heart cause

I was her first 

cat!

I know she loves me specially.

Note from mom~

Just to update you all on things 

around the house, Lily is getting

back to being herself. 

I brought Misty home when she 

was five weeks old and things

changed in my sweet Lily.

It appeared to me that she

might be jealous cause a lot

of the issues and attitude

was directed at me. 

She stopped waking me up in 

the mornings by patting 

me, or meowing at me

or running across my body.

That still has not gone back

to normal.

was written on Wed, and Thurs

morning, Lily woke me 

running across my body!!!!]

 

Lily plays with Misty more and 

nicer. I have learned that the 

loud meowing is called

cat play and it is nothing

to be upset about.

Lily did not play with Dakota 

like that but like I was 

reminded by a friend, 

Dakota was a different breed...

a dog. 

It is nice to see Lily and Misty

playing. I will hear a noise and 

look up to see Misty being chased

into the hall by Lily, then all of

a sudden Misty is chasing Lily

out of the hall.

To be to small cats, they sure

can be loud when running. 

But towards me, Lily has started

back sleeping in the bed

with me. I think some of that

is cause Misty will not

sleep in the bed or maybe

just cause she is getting more

excepting. 

Two weeks ago Lily 

actually hung in the 

living room with 

all of us. She had taken

to going off alone. Even

hiding so that I had

to search for her.

Lily is also starting to wake

me in the middle of the 

night again which

is not a good thing but

its also great. Great cause

she is wanting me to rub

her head. That had stopped 

also. So I can handle being

woke in the middle

of the night for a 

head rub.

The best of all thing is that

Lily comes to ask me to 

play with her again. How 

that works is, she will come

and sit in front of me and stare

all wide eyed. I will stop

what I am doing and tell 

her I am going to 

get her, at which point

she takes off running. 

A friend kept telling me it 

would get better but its

been almost four

months so I was thinking

that it would not happen.

My heart is singing again

because Lily is acting

like she loves her mom

again.
