It's horrible sad conditions. Pet owners who have no respect for their pets. I just hate seeing dogs tied out and cats sitting on the porch waiting for someone somehow to let them in.
ReplyDeleteOf course, and if there are ferals in your neighborhood one should provide a shelter, a garage or shed or somewhere where they can find warmth ~ along with food and water. It is the only humane and caring thing to do.
ReplyDeleteOur ferals sure wouldn't come in but at least they have three houses that they use to keep warm.
